LDBE Learn: Flourishing Pathways
New for 2026–27, LDBE Learn provides flexible, self-paced online professional learning that can be accessed when and where it works for you. Our Flourishing Pathways enable leaders and colleagues to explore focused learning and resources across key areas of Church school education, complementing our facilitated training and professional development opportunities.
Accessing the Flourishing Pathways
To begin, simply click on your chosen pathway below. You will be asked to enter the same password used to access the LDBE secure area, which can be found in your school’s Service Agreement letter circulated in September. If you need assistance, please contact a member of the LDBE team.
You will also be asked to provide your name and email address, enabling us to monitor engagement, evaluate impact and recognise your professional learning.
Reflecting on Your Learning
Each Flourishing Pathway is accompanied by an optional digital Reflection Journal, offering prompts to help you deepen your understanding, connect new learning with your own school context and identify meaningful next steps.
Using the simple reflective questions What? So what? Now what?, the journal provides a helpful guide for considering how your learning might influence leadership and practice. Although its use is not essential, it may support your thinking when completing the pathway evaluation.
Evaluation and Certification
At the end of each pathway, you will find a link to a short evaluation form. As we launch Flourishing Pathways for the first time this year, your feedback is particularly valuable in helping us evaluate the impact of the learning, refine existing modules and shape future pathways.
At the end of each term, colleagues who have fully engaged with a pathway and completed its evaluation will receive a digital Certificate of Completion by email, recognising their professional learning and development. Completion will be verified through pathway engagement records and submitted evaluations.
